Armour Energy is an ASX listed oil and gas company focused on the discovery, development, and production of world class gas and associated liquids resources. In January 2018, Armour Energy achieved a significant milestone and successfully recommissioned the Kincora Gas Plant in the Bowen-Surat Basin, Queensland. This facility is now fully operational and raw gas from existing wells is now being processed and sold through the Company’s gas sales agreements.
Due to several recent achievements, the Company now has a permanent requirement for an experienced SUPPLY OFFICER to join the Kincora Operations Team. Reporting to the Integrated Operations Planner, this position will be responsible for the effective management of the Kincora Plant’s stores ensuring appropriate levels of inventory are maintained, purchased and issued as and when required. Maintaining a tidy and orderly store that supports and works with the daily production and periodic drilling activities.
The position:
- Initiate the purchase requisition process by raising requisitions and liaising with relevant (local and international) suppliers on a daily basis
- Creating new inventory items in the Master Data System as required for all new items and previous backlog items
- Manage Goods Receipting Process upon inventory delivery or service execution
- Create and execute process to ensure warehouse inventory items are labelled correctly and stored in an orderly manner on a daily basis
- Negotiate with suppliers their service delivery (including availability, price and lead times) to realise savings and ensure the required material specification is contracted including post award warranty processes
- Manage Procure to Pay process
- Manage Inventory optimization / Min – Max replenishment process
- Manage ‘non-catalogue’ request and approval process
The candidate:
- 3+ years supply chain/storeperson experience preferred
- Pronto or similar business software experience preferred
- Oil and Gas Industry experience
- Local candidates in the Roma region are encouraged to apply
