Hastings Technology Metals is an ASX listed, exploration and development company that is currently concentrating its efforts on two rare earth projects in W.A. This role will be responsible for the procurement and expediting delivery of equipment and materials to site and that all procedures are undertaken according to company policy.

Key Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:

·         Sourcing suppliers taking into account costs and availability

·         Administer contractual aspects of supply contracts

·         Create purchase orders for “general” items.

·         Provide Package Managers and other stakeholders with reports on supplier performance and assisting in the resolution of supplier disputes

·         Ensure the logistic and transportation support of materials and services; and

·         Ensure that all requirements of the supply contract are satisfied.

Key Skills and experience required:

·         Degree qualification in procurement, contract management, commerce or similar

·         2-3 years procurement experience within the engineering or mining industry

·         Good understanding of tendering and contract management.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Pronto
