About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable Glue Store Experience.
Glue Sales Assistants are bubbly, outgoing, approachable and helpful, who are responsible for the following duties:
Customer Service
- Assist Customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers
- Assist your Department Managers and share your product knowledge with Customers
- Escalate any customer complaints to management
Team Work
- Work under the guidance and support of your Store Manager, alongside team to achieve KPI’s and targets
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Workplace Health & Safety and Human Resources
- Perform our duties in a safe manner
- Engage in housekeeping tasks to upkeep store presentation standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all time
