About the Role
Total Tool's Penrith is currently looking for a Sales Specialist who has experience working in a retail environment. You may also have existing product knowledge through previous trades experience or as a "home handyperson". You will provide high-quality customer service and contribute to a driven sales culture in a retail store.
This position is available now if you have previous knowledge and experience in retail sales. We offer ongoing training on the latest and greatest tools, as well as opportunities for career progression due to our constantly expanding store network.
Our customers are professionals who make a living using quality tools. When it comes to tools they look to us for professional advice, service and solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Serve customers in store
- Drive sales transactions
- Provide advice and information on products
- Handle customer queries and offer solutions
- Maintain store displays
