Store Managers - Remote and Regional Northern Territory

Role
Fostering and developing relationships with Aboriginal Corporations, Aboriginal Store Committees and Aboriginal people to drive healthy food options at reasonable prices for local communities.
The aim is to develop and drive change by working in cooperation with the Aboriginal communities to ensure the success of Community Stores.
Accountabilities
- Develop and foster relationships;
- Work in consultation key stakeholders;
- Provide community with fundamental, high quality food and goods at affordable prices; and
- Promote and respect Aboriginal culture.

Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in retail, preferably groceries;
- Leadership skills and the ability to develop, train and mentor;
- Demonstrated stock handling;
- Demonstrated sound financial management;
Qualifications
- Driver’s and Forklift License
- Food Safety Supervisor
- Computer literate
