An opportunity exists at our Melbourne Showroom Galleria in Hawthorn, Victoria for a Dynamic Internal Sales and Showroom Assistant with great sales capabilities.

The successful applicant will provide a helpful and professional service in our Showroom while combining targeted day to day sales activities that care to our current customer base and members of the public in our Galleria.

We anticipate you will have previous sales experience together with exceptional customer service skills and manner.
Responsibilities and requirements include:
– Must have knowledge in the Appliance and or kitchens field
– Assist customers in locating the right production solution and clearly articulate and demonstrate product features
– Excellent communication and phone skills
– Grow Sales with existing internal customer database
– Grow customer base with new opportunities
– Assist showroom management in their administrative tasks.
– Experience in reception/customer service and/or Sales administration
– Shows the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
- Be passionate, enthusiastic and friendly about providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work to deadlines and sales generated leads on a daily basis
- Answering and actioning incoming phone calls
- Ascertain that cleanliness and maintenance of showroom
- Providing Showroom support to sales team
- Superb personal presentation
- Self managing, motivated and also work as a team player
