As an NNT Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales skills to our corporate customers through the local showroom by assisting in corporate apparel try-ons
• Assist, advice and demonstrate product knowledge during garment fittings
• Relationship building, cross selling and upselling during garment fittings
• Control of the fitting booking schedule
• Attending off site fittings (at customer’s premises) and performing corporate apparel fittings.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of client order forms
• Prepare and order client product ranges, ensuring appropriate stock levels of sample ranges
• Provide support and working with the sales representative assisting in admin duties.
• Administration duties assisting the Account Manager
• Merchandising

To be successful, you will demonstrate the following attributes:

• A proven background in either retail, sales or customer service
• Relationship building and conflict-resolution skills
• Flexibility to travel offsite to client premises as needed (company car provided)
• Retail Fashion/Apparel background or interest is advantageous
• A strong sense of style and professional presentation
• To be able to work in a small team and autonomously as required
• Some overnight stays in regional areas required
• A valid driver’s licence
