We are currently searching for a dynamic Manager to join our Sunnybank store. This unique opportunity will see you participate in a targeted program designed to invigorate our brand, provide exceptional service and create outstanding career and development opportunities for our valued team.
The role:
The Store Manager's role is crucial to our combined success. With our globally-recognised sales coaching to support you, you will act as the key driver of business performance and enhancement. You will lead and coach an enthusiastic team across all areas of customer service and sales, with a focus on achieving KPIs and developing the skills of our Sales Associates.
Experience:
To thrive in this role, you will be a passionate and dedicated retail manager with a performance-improvement focus. With a strong retail background and at least 5 years team management experience, you should enjoy sharing your knowledge and thrive on seeing the people around you succeed. Proven experience in managing and meeting budgets/KPIs is essential, alongside an ability to connect with our loyal and diverse client base. Our store managers are also required to work non-traditional business hours across weekends, late nights and holiday periods.
