About the Company
We are seeking highly driven, energetic and lead by example Managers to lead this brand new store opening at the Perth Airport DFO. As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the people, sales and profit performance of your store and truly make a difference as you bring the brand to life in WA.
You will need to have a high degree of business operations experience, excel in driving your team to achieve great success and have the will to want to exceed all expectations!

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Manage and drive the sales team to maximise sales and profit performance
- Have a high degree of motivational skills to manager the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards
- Be a great coach and mentor the sales team including ongoing evaluation, development and training of the team
- Responsible for supporting with the recruitment and selection of great talent into the team
- Identify VM opportunities and deliver on merchandising plans
- Drive all day to day store operations including visual merchandising, stock control, BoH processes and roster management
Skills and Experience Required:
- Solid experience as a Store Manager/Team Leader
- Previous factory outlet experience will be beneficial
- Have a proven track record in sales, customer service and managing performance of your team
- Very strong merchandising and stock management experience
- Be an excellent team player who enjoys motivating, coaching and mentoring your team
- Have great communication skills with both your team and exclusive clientele
- Excellent understanding of fashion and the retail environment, including trends, fashion and competitors
