About the role:
We are looking for a high performing people leader. As the Assistant Concession Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 5 staff in a busy A-Grade Concession. This role is best suited to someone who can manage a team of high performing sales staff while working the sales floor and serving customers, leading from the front. You will be sales hungry, customer focused and willing to but your business first.
Skills and experience required:
- Have experience in a people leadership role managing a team of at least 5 top performing sales staff
- Excellent customer service - Your customers are your number 1!
- Strong ability to work and exceed sales budgets & KPI's
- Strong ability to acquire and retain new customers.
- Love and passion for styling and VM is essential!!
- Previous experience working with a luxury/high end product is advantageous
- Flexibility to travel to other stores is not essential but can assist in your career growth and development with other opportunities on offer within this brand.
