The Client
This proud to be Australian brand is enjoying huge success both here at home and across the globe. As the business continues to expand they are now looking for a National Retail Manager to join the team, enabling the Company Directors to concentrate on other projects.
The Role
Based in Sydney but traveling interstate, you will be responsible for the entire retail bricks and mortar portfolio. Overseeing a team of Area Managers and liaising with Store Managers you will aim to drive sales, increase profit and ensure that best practice is being met at all times.You will encourage, motivate and inspire your stores to offer the very best in store experience at all times.
The Candidate
It is likely that the ideal candidate is currently a Regional or State Manager and is working within the retail sectors of Fashion, Swimwear, Lingerie or Accessories.You will live in the Sydney Metro area and have a proven track record in delivering strong sales and profitability results.Another key element will be the coaching, training and development of your team.
