An innovative and well recognised Australian brand is offering an exciting opportunity within their franchising team in an operational field support capacity.

Are you an energetic, driven individual with a passion for working in the services industry and a desire to take ownership for support of a number of restaurants?

The key focus of this role will be supporting a portfolio of franchisees to ensure targets are met and standards are in line with company vision and values by maintaining a call cycle.

To support existing franchisees you will be expected to:

• Maintain and develop restaurants to the highest standards of product quality, service and cleanliness.
• Recommend and implement action plans to ensure continued progress in all elements of customer satisfaction and operation excellence.
• Ensure that franchisees, management and staff are aware of company policies and procedures and implement company programs initiated by various departments.

This position requires some weekend work and Monday to Friday ‘pm shifts’, and it should be noted that this position is field orientated. It is expected the 1-2 days a week are designated office days. Some interstate travel is also part of the role requirements.

This role requires a hands-on approach and detailed operational knowledge is essential. The successful candidate in this role will also possess:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A working knowledge of food and franchising.
• Good administrative and computer skills.
• A high level of motivation.
• A robust and resilient character.
