We are seeking an experienced bicycle mechanic to compliment our highly skilled staff. The candidate is someone with an in depth knowledge of performance products as well as delivering a high level of customer service.
The successful candidate must be flexible with work hours, highly personable, well presented with at least 2 year's Sales / Mechanical experience in the industry.
Bicycle Mechanic:
• Experience with all facets of servicing, building and repairing bicycles.
• Ability to maintain shop cleanliness and tidiness
• Retail/customer service experience
• Ability to work autonomously
• Be organised with the ability to efficiently time manage and prioritise tasks.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Understanding the importance of accountability.
• Exceptional negotiation and selling skills
• Computer skills are essential
Salesperson:
• Prior experience in a sales/retail environment
• The ability to work both days of the weekend
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation and selling skills
• Retail/customer service experience
• Computer skills are essential
