Buying Administration Assistant Role

CAMILLA is on the hunt for a Buying Administration Assistant! If you are looking to make a difference, this is an exciting time to join our Global Brand!

In this role as Buying Administration Assistant you will assist our Buying Tribe by being our reporting guru! You will be providing administrative support to the to the Buying Manager in all aspects of buying. This is a great role to really diversify your skills in buying in an international fashion house!

We will provide a fun, inspiring and friendly environment to grow your career within fashion retail! You will also gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced Tribe that is expanding to global domination!

How will you colour the world as our Buying Administration Assistant…

  • Seek and collate store feedback, providing and sharing reports as required and informing BM of any quality concerns
  • Assist with reporting and presentation materials for each post seasonal review (compiling reports, co-ordinating samples, miscellaneous preparation around the reviews)
  • Produce weekly sales reports, and analyse these to be aware of actual trade – particularly drawing conclusions and making recommendations around product performance by category and style
  • Record and distribute action points and follow up
  • Prepare buying master sheet reports
  • Update and maintain all information related to the retail, online and wholesale

  • Excellent communication skills – able to communicate with offshore suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping must be on point!
  • Knowledge and understanding of product ranging and the buying process
  • Experience in retail/design room systems
  • Previous Report and analytical knowledge
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills needed
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Relevant Degree Qualification
