ABOUT THE BUSINESS
This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging Australian High End Designer business in their very first and brand new High Street, Armadale Flagship Boutique.
This new brand’s mission is to combine traditional and intricate craftsmanship with a progressive aesthetic, designed with sophistication and edge.
It has an ideology that embraces cultural heritage and contemporary fashion influences and its aim is to inspire confidence and empower women to express the multi-faceted modern female identity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Casual Boutique Sales Assistants who are ready to push their limits, are hard working and energetic. They must be able to deliver exceptional customer service and build a loyal clientele. Their presentation standards will be immaculate, they’ll have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment. They are customer service professionals and understand what it takes to deliver a high end shopping experience.
This role is responsible for:
- Delivering an in store experience that is hospitable and exceeds client expectations
- Respond to client inquiries
- Ensure that the presentation of the boutique and product is immaculate
- Achieve weekly and daily sales
- Provide product information, care information, styling advice and general service to clients
- Process all sales, returns, refunds and gift vouchers
- Pack and send online store orders
- Assist with window dressing and in store visual merchandising
- Open and close the boutique
