About the role?

• As a leader for this brand you will be seen as an ambassador that uphold every belief they have established, you will be the face of the growing presence in your community and you will set the standard that everyone within your business aspires to achieve.
• You will be charged with the growth and development of your team through training and motivation and dedication to seeing the successes going forward.
• You will be watching your businesses expenditure closely and confidently monitoring your team to ensure company standards are met.  
• You will be keen managing your visual merchandising and making sure that the excellence is maintained daily.
• You will be looked to when it comes to bringing new professional sales people into your business and professionally managing their growth and training. 

Who are we looking for?

• The successful candidate will have a clear understanding and experience in the luxury retail industry, minimum 3yrs preferred.
• You will be a strong believer in establishing a true customer service experience within store and know how to drive this.
• KPI and retail analytics knowledge will be strong, you will know the importance of good KPI and P&L management.
• You will have an elevated communication standard both written and verbal.
• You will be thorough and efficient, with detailed operational and organisation standards.
• You will be a natural motivator, someone dedicated to the growth of a team and look to encourage new and exciting talent to your brand.
• Performance management of your team will be something you will not shy away from and you will use it to positively motivate your team and develop their strengths from within, detailing good succession plans.
• The eye for detail and beauty that you will have will be evident and your experience visual merchandising will be easily explained. 
• Stock will be no issue to you, you will work closely making sure that your levels are perfect and that you have set up strong loss prevention methods. 
• Your honesty and trust will be something that shows out in your personality and you will be reliable and eager.
