This Store Manager role based in Westfield Carousel, WA is pivotal to our ongoing success and as such, we are seeking a talented, experienced, people and customer focused retail manager to support and grow our retail stores.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Foster the "service of excellence culture" to maximise sales
- Control store budgets and expenditure
- Identify sales and growth opportunities through customer service standards
- Develop a strong product and range knowledge to impact sales
- Assist with store presentation, including window display and maintenance
Skills and Experience Required
- At least 1 year management / team leader experience in Fashion Retail Management
- Have in depth knowledge of general retail operations
- Experience in managing, achieving and exceeding sales budgets
- Strong desire to provide a genuine and personalised customer service experience in store
- A positive, vibrant & high spirited approach
