What does this VM role look like?
As an integral part of the team, you will be the driving force behind the stores aesthetic and vibe. Supporting the National VM to implement all creative direction and vision.
- Working closely with the Store Management team you will be part of all the action with daily stalk walks and meetings.
- Execution of all VM directive for incredible window changes and floor moves in line with company standards.
- Stock control and analysis. This is not only a creative role, but one that is analytical and require thorough knowledge of stock on hand and sell through. Assist with stock processing.
- Jump on the floor to meet and greet customers as per needed, directing them to the appropriate team member. Help with styling your in store looks onto your customers!
- See a style that needs pushing? Opportunity for promotion? We want your input and sales savvy input to boost your stores $$. Tweak your VM, collaborating with your Store Managers to adapt to your customer demographic.
- Complete floor and window moves on a 6 weekly rotation, weekly tweaks and implementations as per needed.
Who is our ideal candidate?
- 3 + years experience in a similar role is essential.
- A hands on can do attitude and strong team player! Our team is like a big, crazy, fun family!
- Cert IV or Diploma in Visual Merchandising is preferable but not essential.
- BIG, ENERGETIC, PERSONALITY. This is a company with strong culture and looking for people who match and love this vibe.
