About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic Retail Manager to lead the team at Maribyrnong in delivering exceptional customer service and driving store performance.
You will be fully accountable for your store - ensuring sales and profitability are met, responsible for stock management and also in charge of developing your team to be high performers. The successful candidate is someone who is highly motivated, experienced in managing high volumes and larger teams in excess of 15+ people. You DO NOT have to come from a optical industry as this will be apart of your training. In return you will be offered an fantastic working environment and report to a supportive and caring upper management team.
Skills and experiences:
- You will have come from an extensive Retail Management Background
- The experience and ability to lead a large team of 15+ people
- Proven background in exceeding customer expectations
- You will be able to lead and motivate a team to Budgets and KPI's
- Experience in Training, Developing , Inducting and Supporting your team
- Past experience in Performance Management
- Working with Suppliers
- Exceptional communication skills
- Passion for sales and growing a brand
- Have a great eye for detail
- The ability to work a rotating roster that can change
