RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing in-store teams
• Driving sales to reach and exceed company targets
• Establish a customer management system for use by the store managers
• Ensure consistent appearance; policies and procedures are followed 
• Ensure store is merchandised to the highest possible standards in line with brand guidelines
• Recruitment, training and development of your team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Store management experience is a MUST.
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional customer service skills
• Previous experience managing operational costs and strong business acumen
• Have proven experience in training, coaching and developing a team
• Have proven experience in reaching targets and KPI’s
