About the role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced data driven individual to support the Inventory and Replenishment Manager in managing inventory across the business.

The successful candidate will assist and work with the Inventory team to:

• Streamline inventory through all stores and Omni channels 
• Manage inventory and allocation levels to maximise sales and minimise risk 
• Manage reporting and analysis requirements on a weekly and adhoc basis 
• Build forecasts using replenishment parameters 
• Analyse forecast accuracy and adjust parameters accordingly 
• Drive data entry and item maintenance 
• Assist with promotion management 
• Provide exceptional customer service for our stores and key stakeholders
  

To be successful in this role you must have:

This role requires someone with previous allocation or data experience with a keen eye for detail and ready make their mark in this exciting role. 

• Previous experience within an allocation or planning retail environment would be advantageous 
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are essential, including Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups and Index Matching 
• Strong and professional communication skills 
• High value on teamwork and working within a small, focused team 
• Strong analytical ability and financial competence 
• High level of attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  
• Be adaptable and can work in a diverse and fast paced environment
