An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Full Time Store Manager for Repco Australia located at our Mornington store.

All about you:

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists, ensuring a safety-first approach. You will ensure financial management and operational standards are second to none and you will drive store KPIs through effective communication and motivational techniques within your team. You will consider yourself to be a proactive and driven individual who leads by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.

In addition you will have:

  • Branch / store management experience ideally working in large format retail or automotive stores;
  • Demonstrated experience managing your stores P&L (operating report), Rosters and Budgets;
  • Worked within a team to deliver results;
  • Experience with managing commercial relationships and liaising with customers and company stakeholders;
  • Work towards KPIs and targets;
  • Finally you have a passion for the automotive industry and Repco products.
