Ally fashion is a young ladies fast fashion destination providing high street fashions and the latest trends at an affordable price, in a vibrant and exciting store environment which is constantly evolving.

With a current portfolio of 130+ stores and an expansion plan to open at least 10 - 15 stores per year for the next 3yrs; it has presented a number of opportunities for team members who want to be to be part of this exciting time of growth; both in store and head office.

We are seeking both experienced and non-experienced people genuinely love fashion, a fast paced environment, work well under pressure, have a passion to succeed and the flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade is essential.

The management roles require energetic, hands on, self motivated professionals; who can motivate a team which is driven by sales and thrives on challenges.

Duties and responsibilities required to fulfill the management roles are:

·         Ability to organise and maintain large volume of stock, with a high visual merchandise appeal;

·         Meet sales and KPI budgets through balancing both customer service and administrative duties;

·         Ability to prepare and manage staff rosters in-line with sales achievement;

·         Ability to recruit, train and develop teams;

·         Stock and expense control management;

·         Possess a willingness to learn and 'can do' approach;

·         Capable of taking responsibility for your personal and store results;

·         Desire to establish a long term career;
