Valleygirl is on the lookout for an exceptional and experienced Assistant Store Manager for our store in Robina.
The role involves;
- Ensuring and delivering a high standard of customer service
- Visual Merchandising
- Managing all day to day operation of the store in the absence of store manager
- Assisting in training and development of staff
- Managing and maintaining of the security and safety of the store
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 1 year experience as an assistant retail store manager (ladies fashion preferable)
- Passion for customer service and store sales
- Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills
- The ability to work well in a team
- The potential to take on more responsible positions in the near future
