About the role:
Currently seeking a highly experienced Manager to step into Canberra Outlet Store. You will be managing teams of over 20 staff. You will be responsible for all aspects of running and operating your store. You will be responsible for coaching, developing and training all of your team whilst being exposed to all day to day operational duties.

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to effectively lead, and manage large teams
• Minimum 2 years management experience (preferably in large format environment)
• Full exposure and understanding of P&L statements
• Proven record of outstanding customer service
• Proficient skills in all Microsoft office products
• Be able to achieve all set targets, drive sales and KPIs
