The role: 
As the State Visual Merchandising Manager for NSW & SA you will play a key role in coordinating the effective and consistent implementation of visual merchandise displays throughout the two states.

Your day to day will look like:

• Implement in-store merchandising across Seafolly and Sunburn concept stores
• Coordinate and be involved with the window installations across Seafolly and Sunburn boutiques within NSW and SA
• Assist with store openings and refurbishments
• Manage the extended Visual Merchandising team, providing support and feedback to develop and upskill
• Manage and communicate the weekly visual merchandising calendar to National VM, Cluster Managers and Store teams
• Review all department store reports and photos, and offer consistent, constructive feedback on merchandising
• Review sales reports to plan and action strategies to help increase sales
• Concept and department store fixture audits

What you will come with:

• Extensive knowledge of VM
• Previous experience working as a State VM Manager
• Experience with swim or high fashion
• Proficiency using InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent management and organisational skills
