About the role
As the Deputy Manager of the first location, we require the successful incumbent to utilise their experience in a men's suiting retailer to build scalable retail operations in this busy boutique city store.
The purpose of the Deputy Manager is to drive the commercial results of the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service andmanage the operations of the location.

Skills and experience
- Display confident leadership, effectively using the team to achieve excellence
- Excellent operational knowledge
- Rostering, recruitment, on-boarding and training team members
- Comprehensive knowledge and interpretation of the actual results, targets and KPI's and develop commercial actions to deliver on these
- Accountable for loss prevention and stock management
- Manage accurate cash handling and banking procedures and resolve discrepancies as a matter of priority.
