We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Coordinator to join the Peter Alexander Childrenswear product team.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will utilise your well-developed administrative skills and demonstrate a passion for product. In this administration role you will coordinate all aspects of purchase order raising through to shipment ensuring all key dates are met to deliver quality product into stores on time.

Specifically you will be responsible but not limited to:

Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders
Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
Supporting the team with administrative needs
Liasing daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules

Experience in a Supply Coordinator or administration role within a buying/product or supply chain team is preferred. You will be confident in reading & understanding budgets and margin calculations hence you pride yourself on being computer savvy and have great attention to detail.

Building great relationships with the suppliers comes naturally.

You are able to influence others with appropriate communication methods, have a high energy, pragmatic style, and thrive in a fast pace environment. What really sets you apart is your great attention to detail, organisational skills and follow up.

Naturally you are tenacious and follow tasks to their completion. You will be able to work autonomously when required and have the confidence to keep your Product Manager/team abreast of supply issues that could have a bigger impact on the business.
