The role:

You will thrive in a busy and high volume environments, be an experienced and inspirational leader! As our client's Store Manager you will be responsible for managing and driving your team. In return for your passion and outstanding performance across all key performance indicators, you will be rewarded with a very attractive monthly bonus program and the opportunity to grow your career.

You will be experienced in high volume retail and stock control. Skills and expericnes:

• A proven track record of retail Store Management experience in a sales/retail environment
• High volume management experience with team numbers of 5+
• Ability to manage a team to structured KPIs and budgets
• A positive attitude and high energy level
• Full exposure to P&L
• The ability to control, GP%, Wages and stock levels
• Merchandising flair to ensure the store is always looking sharp
• A genuine passion for retail and inspiring your team from the front and by example at every occasion
• A strong sales drive and ability to build a strong repeat business as well as offer exceptional service at every occasion
