We have an exciting and highly coveted opportunity available for an experienced and passionate Counter Manager to lead the Yves Saint Laurent business in Chatswood Chase offering 30 hours per week.

The role of a Counter Manager will mean more than just being a sales person, it means being a true beauty ambassador. You will be responsible for helping us achieve our global ambition of embracing all customer’s diverse beauty needs and desires by providing “Beauty for all” our customers.

You will love to share your fabulous communication skills by continuously motivating your team to outstanding results and continued growth.  Inspiring and supporting your diverse team within this busy environment is essential and will be key to your business’s success!

During one of your ever-changing days on counter, you will also be a leader in promoting Yves Saint Laurent's products to customers, ensuring you meet daily KPIs and targets whilst always contributing to our growing customer database.

Working relationships are key to commercial success and you will need to possess the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders so we recommend that you bring your interpersonal and networking skills to this role.  This is a highly coveted opportunity; you are resilient, love time management & organising and have a great attention to detail.

In order to ensure you are successful and reach your full potential within enter brand it is desirable, but not essential that you display the following;

• Qualifications within Make-up Artistry or similar
• Strong professional experience within Make-up Artistry
• The ability to speak Mandarin language will be advantageous, however not essential
• Previous Retail Management experience is highly regarded
