An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, professional and hardworking Planning Analyst - Boyswear to work as part of our Planning Department. This role is responsible for the management of allocations and distribution of inventory throughout our business.

Some Key Responsibilities include:

Allocation of all product lines to stores based on sales history and store performance
Stock consolidations on a company level
Working on allocation of stock for new store openings / refits and liaising with the state sales manager on stock management
Update and maintain range plans and reconciling to the PO report
Update and maintain weekly unit flow charts
Conduct post seasonal analysis along with sales and store reports
Conduct ratio analysis for all orders (colour and size)
Setting up allocation grids by Class
Running required reports and analysis when require

To be successful you will possess the following:

Previous experience in planning and stock allocation for a Fashion Retailer
Proficiency in all MS Office programs, specifically in Excel
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to work well within a team
An understanding of retail market trends and store demands
