I am looking for a highly skilled Store Manager for the Birkenhead Point store that focuses on the execution of operational excellence and the luxury customer experience!
You will be hands on and at the core of your business, leading from the front to deliver results in all operations, people and sales metrics.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgable about the fashion industry and have a genuine interest in luxury service and brand standards.
The ideal candidate?
- Previous Store Management experience is essential with na specialty retail environment (fashion, accessories, homewares or similar)
- Experience with high volumes of stock
- Strong understanding of luxury and fashion
- Proven track record in training, coaching & developing staff
- Exceptional business acumen and communication
- Strong sales drive & ability to inspire a sales driven culture
- Ability to perform in a fast face and high volume environment without compromising impeccable levels of service
- Operational with ability to lead from the front
