About the role

You will be responsible for

• You will be responsible for end to end product life cycle management, right from consumer research to inputs in Industrial design, marketing, user experience and sales feedback.
• Work with various teams to plan and execute product launch.
• Provide intel and insights to sales team in budgeting for new products.
• Prepare training manual to assist Sales team.
• Assist Marketing team with relevant information on product specification, packaging other marketing collateral, technical manual, and other training material.
• Understanding analytics to measure viability, market opportunity, product and brand performance over the product life cycle
• Work with overseas team, explain product requirements (as applicable)
• Perform ongoing market research through direct customer contact and surveys, trade shows and journals, sales evaluations, monitoring competitors and industry trends, store visits and vendor contact. Update competitor file continuously.
• Analyse market trends, consumer demand and provide feedback to design team.
• Review legal compliances, packaging standards and safety measures around new products, pertaining to their country of Sales.

Skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree  or equivalent in Engineering and/or Marketing.
• Prior working experience in electronics/IT/Computer hardware industry is highly preferred
• Product portfolio management with New Product experience is highly preferred
• Experience in launching new products, preferably IT accessories related products.
