The Role:

We're seeking an energetic, passionate and experienced Retail Manager to support the Store Manager in leading one of the top performing stores in the region!
You can throw out your gym gear - you'll be working in a fast paced and physically demanding role, high customer flow and huge volumes of stock will be coming your way daily!
This is no back office management role, be prepared to roll up your sleeves! You will be responsible for all aspects of the stores operations, from store presentation, stock receipt and replenishment, managing stock levels, rosters, managing waste and markdowns, OHS, service levels and overall achievement of set KPI's and targets.

Then there's your team, you can't get all this done without a sold team behind you. You'll tasked with inspiring and motivating you team along with providing them with professional development through ongoing training and coaching and most importantly ensuring you're creating a positive team culture in store.

About you:  

• You're a natural leader, who leads from the front and works with their team
• You work in a fast paced hands on leadership role with 3-5 years store management experience
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You've had success in developing teams and stores
• You deliver results, you're self motivated and goal focused
• You're energetic, enthusiastic and can make decisions under pressure
