A LEADER in the Australian luxury space has an exciting opportunity for a Business Minded Retail Manager to join their beautiful Armadale team as the Assistant Business Manager, to assist the Boutique Business Manager in overseeing store operations.
Your responsibilities will include, creating a profitable working environment, guiding and developing your team, building relationships and clientelling, implementing business structure and leasing with high profile clientele.
The ideal candidate will be, highly sales focused, can deliver exceptional customer service, has a very good understanding of the luxury environment or has come from a luxury background, someone who can build relationships and generate a repeat customer.
The successful candidate will receive, a generous salary offer of $60K – $64K plus super a generous wardrobe allowance, great bonus structure, and competitive brand discount.
