About The Role
- Tuesday to Saturday Roster
- Leading the established team
- Providing outstanding one on one customer service
- Rostering
- Managing budgets and ensuring the store meets its KPI’s
- Driving customer service
- Motivating the team
- Driving a positive culture
- Ensuring all new stock is merchandised
- Lead and organise store events and community awareness

Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years Management Experience

- Self motivating and able to motivate your team
- The ability to work weekends
