Our client has an extremely exciting opportunity for a Flagship Store Manager to join their successful Australian brand. This unique and simply gorgeous brand is committed to providing high quality products in female fashion, representing excellent value.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Flagship Store Manager for their beautiful Civic Centre store. This person must have a passion for elegant and vivacious female fashion. As a Flagship Store Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of this store, you will be responsible for driving your team to reach sales targets and creating a fun and positive atmosphere for both your team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 8 sales people
- Motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI's, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a retail store environment
- Conducting staff training and coaching to drive KPI performance
- Maintaining VM and store presentation to company standards
Experience Required
- Retail experience as a store/cluster manager
- Proven ability to exceed set budgets and KPI's
- A positive and engaging personality with the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Effective time management with excellent people management skills
- Customer service focused with a sharp eye for store presentation
