2 Department Supervisor Positions - Household & Fashion
MUJI Australia is looking for 2 enthusiastic and motivated Department Supervisors to join our flagship store team, located at The Galeries. This is a fast paced role, in which the successful applicant must be resilient, take initiative, be adaptable, and be confident in leading a team.
This is an exciting time to join our growing company, as we further expand our presence in Australia. Teamwork and collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset are at the forefront of our core values.
Overview of key responsibilities:
Supporting the Store Manager, and overseeing the Department in areas of customer service levels, staff rostering, stock room control, inventory control, OH&S standards, staff training and development, Visual Merchandising and reports to head office.
Requirements:
> Minimum 2 years' previous retail experience supervising a team is required
> Outstanding customer service, communication, and leadership skills
> Adaptability and resilience, demonstrated leadership ability to delegate and support a team in coaching, mentoring and training
