The role

The Coles Supermarket Online Department provides a service where customers' online grocery orders are selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. These orders are then delivered in our specially designed delivery vans, by our dedicated Customer Service Agents.

As Online Duty Manager you will:

  • work within your local community, combining your passion and retail leadership experience whilst progressing your career
  • be responsible for ensuring efficient business and administrative processes, while providing leadership, guidance and coaching to your team

Key responsibilities

As Online Duty Manager, you will:

  • lead, coach and develop your team
  • recognise, reward and celebrate successes
  • take a team approach to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering
  • inspire customers through presentation, merchandising and stock management
  • always look to simplify process to meet audit and compliance standards
  • maintain and nurture a culture where people and food safety is inherent
  • delight our customers with an incredible shopping experience
  • support and work alongside the Store Manager with all operations of the business
