What we are looking for
This unique opportunity would be perfect for a determined and self-motivated Marketing professional who is looking to broaden their knowledge and experience in the next stage of their career at a very exciting time for Bras N Things.
In this position you will play a part in coordinating and executing exciting Campaigns, Promotions, Event Management, local area Marketing, PR and strategic Marketing plans.
Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate all campaign photo shoots in conjunction with the National Marketing Manager from concept development to pre and post production
- Manage social shoots in conjunction with our Social Media and Content Coordinator. This includes talent sourcing, location sourcing and management of the shoot on the day
- Work with the National Marketing Manager to manage PR Agencies in Australia and New Zealand to execute flawless PR initiatives
- Key point of contact for PR agencies to assist in the delivery of all influencer seeding, content creation, product samples and promotional PR initiatives
- Contribute to the development of the annual Marketing strategy and activity calendar
- Manage all campaign POS printing and ensure that all campaign collateral delivered to our Distribution Centre and stores adheres to deadlines
- Act as Brand Guardian and work with our National Marketing Manager/ Graphic Designer/ National Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure Brand essence is communicated consistently via all creative channels
- Manage shopping centre Marketing relationships, maximising Retailer Support program opportunities
- Coordinate new store opening/refit collateral including in-store and centre signage
- Alongside the National Marketing Manager look at P&L management, budget forecasting, cost saving and overall expenses
- Investigate competitor activities and behavior for trends and potential ideas to improve current/future Marketing activity including coordination of Monthly Competitor Report
To be successful in this role we are looking for:
- 2-5 years experience in a similar Marketing role
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously in an efficient yet effective manner
- Capability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing advantageous but not essential
