An opportunity to create and innovate

Reporting to the Snr Loyalty Campaign Manager, the Loyalty Campaign Executive role requires an individual who can skilfully coordinate and collaborate with Sydney Property Marketing Team, vendors and partners on the development and execution of CRM Campaigns. As an integral support to our business you will provide the key communications to our members. The key objective of this role is to provide both campaign analysis to drive campaign and segment strategies, and the execution capability to deploy customer interactions across direct and intermediate channels

As a partner to the property teams you will deliver relevant and timely marketing initiatives that increase patronage and spend at the properties. Involved in other BAU activities you will assist the broader loyalty marketing team in delivering several time critical projects and activities. Successful candidates must be able to work unassisted, have extraordinary communication, stakeholder management and time and financial management skills. With an enthusiastic outlook, you will be able to plan, develop and implement a number of key projects, strategies and initiatives that further drives patronage and membership.

Capabilities you bring

Seeking a hands-on, fast paced professional with an appetite for new opportunities in a dynamic and fast paced industry. Our ideal candidate will be Tertiary qualified in the fields of CRM marketing or a related discipline. You will have a broad range of experience in Loyalty or CRM roles. Experience and working knowledge of campaign management and digital communication deployment software packages is crucial for the success of this role. Technical usage with software packages such as Unica, Responses, Silverpop & Salesforce will be highly regarded and previous experience in hospitality would be advantageous.

Proficient in interpreting data analysis and implementing campaign activity along with shown ability of management of the end to end delivery of CRM campaign across multiple channels (Direct Mail, Email, SMS,) will see our ideal candidate flourish in this position.
