What you’ll do

As the Product Marketing Manager, your main role is to generate customer insights that informs GP’s product strategy, lead go-to-market for our suite of products and create and execute campaigns to drive product growth. This is an exciting opportunity where you will  talk to and listen to our customers through a variety of channels, incorporates feedback and data to create packages and products our customers want. You will also work across all areas of the business to test, iterate, and improve go-to-market plans.

Product Marketing

You will be responsible for commercialising payment based products that satisfy our merchant and partner needs in our chosen strategic verticals.  You will be measured on ROI of the campaigns and their appropriateness to customer segments.

Understanding the Customer

You will be responsible for understanding GP’s existing integration customers to improve and differentiate their product offering in the marketplace. We will know you are successful when you can explain specifically who you are targeting, and why, and how the product features meet their needs.

Relationship Management

You will be responsible for managing stakeholders to explore new opportunities and validate promising ideas with existing and new customers.You will be measured on how you establish, communicate and iterate on product market fit with appropriate parties.

  • The ability to find the best from competing wishes and opinions of both leadership and technically intelligent peers to construct a solution that everyone can rally behind
  • A love for technology, you must enjoy learning about how things work and able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand
  • An understanding of UX/CX principles, how they work and how to apply them
  • Knowledge and/or experience working in an Agile environment
  • Being adept in project management including experience using various project management techniques and demonstrated experience leading projects from beginning to end and owning the entire process
  • Ability to keep up to date with and gain an understanding of new technologies, especially in payments
  • Work with a very diverse range of people from all ages, cultures and walks of life
  • Influence - you will be involved in numerous, diverse projects where part of your role may be to convince people to think or act differently than they may be naturally inclined to do
