With the development of a new state-of-the-art Garden Centre and other exciting developments, Flower Power is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Writer to join our team.
Offering a huge range of quality plants, garden accessories, landscape supplies, homewares and furniture, Flower Power attracts people with a love for the home and garden.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
- Creative copywriting for Flower Power’s marketing collateral including digital and printed newsletters, press releases, radio scripts, website content and a wide range of other advertising materials.
- Creating and managing email marketing campaigns to loyalty club members to increase engagement and drive in-store visits.
- Analyse and report on email marketing to gain customer insights and help us continuously improve communications.
- With the imminent launch of an exciting new website, you will be required to assist in keeping content current and relevant.
- Shoot and edit photos for email and website marketing (on the job training will be provided).
- Assisting in a broad range of marketing projects as required.
Successful applicants should have:
- Strong creative copywriting skills
- Experience in marketing communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and editing programs such as Photoshop are desirable.
