We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager for an ongoing contract. The role is responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategy and communications activity and ensure that marketing initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently. You will ensure all marketing communications; advertising and collateral promote the right message to be able to deliver leads and increase brand image and equity in the Australian market.
  
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement integrated internal and external communication programs.
• Provide strategic advice and insight to assist with the development of effective government, industry, client and stakeholder relationships aligned to business priorities.
• Promote capability and competitively.
• Preparation marketing requirements, including annual report, half year presentation, full year presentation, AGM requirements.
• Production of Group external communications such as Group capability statements, client focused material
• Management of Group digital marketing including updating Group and subsidiary websites
• Co-ordination of Group events and major sponsorships nationally including staff Christmas parties, corporate lunches and other events.
• Preparation of press releases and media liaison
  Assist operating subsidiaries with marketing, communications, branding, sponsorship, events and external affairs where required.

About You:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing/Public Relations/Communication discipline
• Practical experience in developing marketing collateral, corporate communications, events management and media relations for a medium to large organisation
• Ability to execute marketing and communications strategies, engaging both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite, Adobe Creative and WordPress
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
