Our business has been growing fast and we are now looking to bring on a Marketing Director to lead the next stage of our growth. This is a great opportunity to lead the direction of a rapidly evolving industry.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and overseeing the marketing plan across all channels and activities.
- Paid and organic client growth.
- Marketing campaign planning and management.
- Driving measurement efforts for Stockspot’s marketing initiatives.
- Activation, retention, revenue, and referral activities.
- Evolving the brand strategy.
- Maintaining and further expanding our market leading position.
- Leading a team of 3 direct reports and scaling the company’s marketing team and capacity.
- Undertaking regular customer research and competitive analysis.
- Managing our marketing reporting infrastructure as well as marketing budgeting and reporting to the CEO and other stakeholders.
You have:
- A deep understanding of paid advertising and an analytical approach that covers all areas of business.
- Experience managing a range of marketing channels, including digital acquisition, SEO, offline media and partnerships.
- Proven success in scaling high growth products/business.
- A demonstrated ability to create innovative marketing campaigns by combining creative and analytical thinking.
- A strong mindset towards getting things done in fast-paced work environments.
- Excelled as an individual contributor, manager, and team player.
Stockspot is based at Tank Stream Labs, a tech co-working space in the Sydney CBD where we have table-tennis, free Friday breakfasts, yoga classes and a working bar. There's plenty to do in and around the office when you're not working.
