About The Beauty Chef
Our client, The Beauty Chef is a leading health and beauty brand in Australia with a growing presence internationally. The Beauty Chef is currently stocked in over 70 stores across Australia and internationally. The brand specialises in health and beauty products, that focusses on beauty from within.
The Beauty Chef lives and breathes wellness and is looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide administration support to the broader marketing team.
The role is full time and based in their offices in the Double Bay close to Edgecliff Station and there is a Bus Stop directly outside their offices.
About the role
The role of the Marketing Assistant is to support the marketing team in all digital marketing, e-commerce, and general marketing administration
Duties & responsibilities
- Provides general support and manages enquiries from internal and external parties relating to the brand.
- Supports the Marketing Director in the execution of key product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Manages the execution of marketing plans across different platforms as directed.
- Assists with the production of Marketing materials such as web content and marketing collateral.
- Coordinates promotional POS collateral development, briefing, sourcing, submissions and follow up.
- Briefs and prepares online assets for campaigns via graphics team, such as homepage banners, emails, social content and landing pages.
- Prepares email marketing campaigns.
- Set up new SKUs on the website, upload images and edit product descriptions on the website.
Skills & experience
- Graduate with 1+ years’ experience in a marketing environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
