Scenic is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, privately owned travel company and we are currently looking to fill the role of Copywriter and Content Services who will be responsible for high quality copywriting and compelling content for multiple marketing and content channels.
Reporting to the Manager Communications, PR and Editorial, the successful candidate will also be required to develop authentic, accurate, compelling, creative and persuasive marketing content. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Develop copy and content across all Scenic group brands including but not limited to Eclipse, Scenic, Evergreen, Emerald and Mayflower;
- Produce high quality copy and content for the suite of brochures produced by Scenic;
- Produce copy for all marketing materials across multiple media channels including external and internal stakeholders;
- Copywriting and proof reading for all marketing collateral;
- Research, conceptualise and write original content;
- Act as brand custodian and ensure language guidelines are adhered to;
- Educate sales, marketing and product team on best practice writing.
To be successful in the role you will need to have the following:
- a minimum 5 years relevant copywriting, journalist or communications experience with demonstrated success;
- exceptional writing skills including excellent grammar, proofing and editing skills;
- a very high attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
- experience in Mocrosoft OFfice and Adobe InCopy.
