L’Oréal Luxe Australia has a unique portfolio which combines traditional beauty, couture and alternative new luxury brands. The division delivers a unique world of beauty in three major specialisations – make-up, skincare and fragrance. In the Australian market our Head Office and Field teams work together to bring the brands Lancôme, YSL Beaute, Giorgio Armani, Shu Uemura, Urban Decay and the fragrances under the Prestige Collection International umbrella, to our consumers through department stores, speciality stores, selected pharmacies and ecommerce online platforms.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, passionate Digital Brand Manager to join our Luxury Division to work on our Giorgio Armani brand. Reporting into the Head of Couture Brands, this role is responsible for maintaining and updating the e-commerce delivery schedule of our product launches for all online channels and ensuring all catalogue details and assets are provided on time for all online channels.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the e-commerce and CRM team to brief on campaigns for all online channels as applicable
  • Delivering online shopper path-to-purchase / consumer journeys such as Triggers and Auto replenishment, to drive email engagement via strong content
  • Partner with the CRM team on other CRM projects such as Segmentation, new website launches and loyalty programs.
  • Working closely with the Communications Manager and  e-Commerce Manager to ensure consistent tone of voice across all platforms including coordination between paid search strategy and content marketing strategy
  • Supporting PR events by updating the brand social dashboard and feeding the market trends through to the team
  • Working closely with other Digital Brand Managers as well as the broader marketing and sales teams to develop channel strategy to ensure planning differentiation and confirming promotion plans to ensure retailer differentiation
  • Gathering brand insights and passing onto relevant business units
  • Supporting key meeting and campaigns and planning brand reviews in alignment with the Retail Brand Manager
  • Developing and sharing and building an action plans based on feedback from shopper insights
  • Collaborating with the e-commerce & CRM teams in building differentiated shopper-centric online account strategies

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about digital marketing and ideally be well versed in SEARCH, with previous experience within CRM, e-commerce and social media. You will be an excellent communicator and presenter with the ability to build and engage effectively with various levels of internal stakeholders. You will be highly organized with the ability to multitask in this fast-paced exciting role.
