The Assistant Brand Manager will assist in developing, coordinating, implementing and monitoring marketing programs for one or several brands (existing and new) to achieve market performance, company sales and profit targets.

The role:

• Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion programming and ensure their execution in line with the global framework.

• Participate in planning, sales promotion and advertising in support of existing and new products and participate in devising market strategies and sales tactics to achieve profit objectives.

• Participate in the alignment of projects and their implementation with International Marketing.

• Analyse market trends and sales potential - prepare sales forecasts for use in planning manufacturing operations and inventory control.

• Maintain contact with key account customers and sales force to follow up promotion efforts and keep informed on needs.

The ideal profile:

• Degree qualified (Preference: Marketing/Business)

• 1-2 years marketing experience in FMCG

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects

• Proven financial and analytical skills

• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
