About the role

As a senior Account Manager you will have a track record in driving brand strategy and client management for leading global brands. 

Key responsibilities include;

• Respond to all client requests in a timely manner within  company standards
• Provide accurate, professional advice and consultation services to clients at all times
• Develop and maintain relationships with key media for the benefit of company clients
• Developing strategic communications plans for clients in consultation with their objectives and senior management team
• Place relevant brand stories and achieve product editorial for each client
• Ensure relevant KPI's for each client in your portfolio are achieved
• Responsible for the preparation and distribution of daily and Monthly PR reports in accordance with company standards.

Skills and experience

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in the fields of marketing, PR and Communications or Business
• 3-5 years experience within a similar agency or in-house role in an account management capacity
• Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
• 3 key references within relevant industry categories 
• Strong attention to detail
• Natural networker
